Delivery and Returns policy.
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment in full. You will receive a confirmation of your order and a notification when your order has shipped.
I currently pour to order. This is purely down to a space issues. Beeswax needs 24 hours to cure. Should you purchase any product that needs longer to cure you will be notified of this. Other waxes such as Soy usually need two weeks to get to their optimum scent but can be melted at any time. You will be notified of the pour date if this is required. If there are any issues, I will contact you to keep you fully informed.
Shipping
I currently use Royal mail for delivery. Delivery charges will be added at checkout. Should you require a courier or different method of postage please feel free to contact me to discuss options. I do not believe in making money on hidden postage charges so am very happy to discuss to get the best deal for you. Additional insurance is also available should you require it. Should you require tracking then a tracking number will be supplied.
Please be aware once I have delivered your order to Royal Mail there is nothing I can do regarding their delivery schedules. They won’t even discuss missing parcels until 10 working days have passed. Should there be an issue with the condition of your delivered ordered PLEASE take photo’s and/or video’s so I can use these with my communication with Royal Mail. Also provide any details you have such as order number to allow me to expedite this issue as soon as possible. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Local delivery
Should you live close to me (Welling/Bexleyheath/Plumstead area) I am happy for you to collect from me. Should you require a local delivery there will be a nominal charge to cover petrol costs. Please be aware this service is not always available. Please contact me to discuss.
International Shipping
I do not currently ship outside of the UK.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Should you request a bespoke order you will be emailed with details and/or pictures of said item. As such if you confirm the order is to be posted then returns will not be accepted. However, we are happy to work with you to rectify the situation to the best of our ability.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at rainbowsendcreations@sky.com with your order number and photo’s and/or video of the item’s condition and as much information as you can supply. This is to allow me to contact Royal Mail asap.
