RETURNED GOODS

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be withdrawn. Please note that we cannot provide refunds or credit notes for items made to order.

RISK

Once we have delivered the goods to your door you are responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently only accept paypal, cheque or postal order. If you require to pay for goods by cheque or postal order please be aware goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. BACS (direct payment into our bank from yours) is now available upon request.

PAYMENT AND PRICE

The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as shown at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
